Credit Card & Cancellation Policy
A credit card deposit is required to secure all bookings. Having a card on file ensures a seamless transition to follow-up appointments, should you choose to continue care. For fee-related appointments, cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments may incur a charge of 100% of the service value unless the slot is filled. If you prefer not to leave a credit card on file, you can prepay by invoice before your appointment.
